Our funding platform will only give us your names, not your contact details, so we need you to fill in this form so that we can send you your T shirt / get your name down on the list at the event for your respective rewards.
A reminder, the main prizes are as follows (higher value donators should have been contacted already so please let us know if you haven’t.)

▲ £50 – Early Entry on the Thursday – arrive 2 hours early on Thursday to bag the best camping spots
▲ £100 – Noisily 2020 t-shirt, “The Year That Never Was” & a £50 bar tab & a ticket to Ozora Event at the Steelyard
Please note that the Ozora event has still not happened, but we will let you know if it’s able to go ahead. £50 bar tab will be available for collection at the info stall at the 2021 festival.
