Sacred Weave

Balancing Feminine & Masculine with Chris & Rebecca, Sacred Nature

Saturday 1130 – 1345 | UNITE

Join us for a deeply experiential workshop uniting the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine both internally and externally. Each of us has a feminine side and a masculine side and for each individual we hold a stronger expression of one. Though many of us are not fully aware of how to express these energies in divine form.

In recent years we have seen a huge rise in womens only circles and mens only circles, as the yearning is to achieve balance we have created this workshop for both to come together to learn from each other, witness each other and hold space for each other.

This event will bring together men and women held by Chris and Rebecca.  This is a safe space for you to experience one another. To sing the song of your pain and dance to the rhythm and beat of your heart and be seen in all that you are. We will go through exercises and discussions aimed at a greater understanding of the masculine and feminine and creating balance within ourselves

Come along, listen, share and be there for one another in love and in truth.

Gaia Kundalini

Gaia Kundalini with Josephine Cookson

FRIDAY 9 – 1030 | UNITE

Focusing on this year’s theme We Are Nature, in this seated Kundalini yoga workshop we will flow with the elements to explore Asana, Breathwork, Kriya and Meditation in a ceremonial space.

Grounding through the Muladhara chakra, we enhance our connection to Gaia, breathing into Anahata chakra we will open up to the love of the heart space, and ascending into Sahasara chakra we will tune into and connect with the great cosmos.

Consciously stimulating the energy body and aligning with the energy centres we will leave the workshop feeling grounded, open hearted, connected and energised for a weekend full of soul enhancement, deep connection, magic and love.

Josephine’s Kundalini workshops focus on aligning the mind, body and soul through the connection and expansion of the chakra energy centres and the immersion into the energy body.

She blends Classical Kundalini yoga with Yogi Bhajan techniques and teachings from other spiritual traditions to create an intuitive and unique style of Kundalini yoga held in a ceremonial space.

Join Josephine as she opens Unite with this beautiful grounding & opening workshop, then weaving you all into the 2022 opening ceremony.

Wild Journeying

Wild Journeying: Learning the Art of Shamanic Meditation with Soizic Loup

We are so excited to be welcoming Soizic into the Mind Body Soul family this year. Of Tunisian, Guadeloupean, Polish and Middle Eastern descent, she draws from the ancient power, wisdom and stories of her lineage and has trained all over the world. Collaborating with indigenous shamans, transformational teachers & queer healers, she is looking forward to sharing these experiences and incorporating them into her unique blend of healing & energy work.

Soizic will be offering her workshop ‘Wild Journeying: Learning the Art of Shamanic Meditation’ – where you will be invited to connect directly with spirit guides, insights from the natural landscapes and even your future Self.

It promises to be a powerful and transformative experience, helping participants really let go of what no longer serves them, alongside seeding beautiful insights on their relationships with themselves, others and our surrounding natural world.

Meditation doesn’t need to be hard or exclusive. We’ll use simple but really efficient techniques (which take into account the realities of neuroscience, embodiment practice, breathwork and sound therapy) to take ourselves into a step of release and relaxation, when we become more suggestible and our minds more malleable. From that place of ease, we’ll use the traditionally shamanic practice of Journeying, a form of meditation that fully engages the senses and our imagination. This way, we tap into the raw power of our creativity rather than being limited by the mind, and go journey into strange lands to find allies, answers to our questions (or just discover new ones we should be asking), and planting seeds for what we’d like to grow.

No previous experience is needed.
