Encountering Our Selves – An Introduction to Voice Dialogue with Aaron and Rosa Sefi
We offer a safely held immersive workshop where we can explore the different selves within us.
Circling around the concepts of Jungian archetypes, ancient wisdoms and the Voice Dialogue work of Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone, participants are guided through this conceptual framework to gain an understanding of the psychological approach. They are also provided tools to create their own map, a physical manifestation of their inner landscape.
We have a multitude of selves, voices within us that each have a unique insight and role to play in the show that is our lives. We all know some key archetypal players, such as the critic, the pleaser and many others.
It is also fun and revealing to look at the voices more unique to each individual and see how their interplay influences the way we view and interact with ourselves and others.
The workshop provides a safe space to interact and introspect, offering practical tools to know our selves better. We will ensure the safety of everyone who takes part in the workshop, and have wide experience of managing many mental states. Where needed, we will work closely with Psy-Care to make sure anyone who needs follow up support gets it.
