Dancing Freedom is a moving meditation dance practice that ignites the heart and soul of the body to remember our symbiotic relationship with nature. Led through a DJ-ed dance journey, your imagination and body will be guided to move with the five elements: – earth, water, fire, air and ether.
This is a practice like yoga, but off the matt. It’s an experience of being part of a heart felt community whether you chose to join a ‘class’ regularly or just at this festival. It’s a practice of dancing with all the opposites within you and around you and realising that you are okay just as you are, just as the elements are! As you cleanse and sweat during the dance, as you breathe out what needs releasing, the earth will gratefully receive and a softness to your skin and heart will bring great strength in vulnerability.
