Based around the Buddhist Metta Meditation that focuses on developing unconditional love for all beings, Hannah Rose teaches a class that will guide you through a deep and meditative flow designed to connect you to yourself, each other and the universe.
Hannah has studied under various schools and practices to formulate her own style of Mindful Hatha Flow Yoga that interweaves the principles of Mindfulness Meditation. She sees yoga as ultimately a healing practice – a place where we can learn to be kinder, more accepting, more loving towards ourselves – the reverberations of which are felt by all around us.
Her husband, Caspar Leopard, is a musician, film composer and filmmaker. Caspar specialises in sculpting cinematic, synthesised and organic soundscapes. His own mixed-media music and video releases have been programmed at top film festivals all over the world.
