In this workshop, we will be sharing what we have learnt about natural cycles. Nature is cyclical and so are we, but over time us humans have forgotten this Wisdom. Let’s explore this together through storytelling, sharing and holding space. We will also talk about strategies to connect with these natural cycles for improved emotional intelligence (EQ), connectivity and productivity.
- Discussion of cycles: Seasons, Moon phases and Menstrual & Hormonal cycles (not just for women – this applies to the guys as well).
- Look at how we have lost touch with Nature’s rhythms.
- Getting back in touch: How to gather data, track and integrate the different cycles in our own lives.
- Strategies which have worked for us in optimizing function, productivity, mental health, self-care, and EQ within the cyclical framework.
