We are Nature Mindful Flow Yoga with Esther Benwell

The desire to connect drives and unites us all, yet it is only when we truly come into our bodies, giving space and compassion that our own individual and collective connections can thrive. Join Esther for a mindful journey into the body through breath, meditation and movement, cultivating space and awareness to really feel and allow our bodies to be our very best teachers. Classes are aimed to be physically challenging but also encouraging you to be aware of your own body and its needs/limitations, and will contain a combination of breathwork, meditation and physical practice.
