Abundance: Flow Yoga with Jessica Wood

We are so happy to be welcoming Jess back to Mind Body Soul. She will be offering Abundance Flow – a soft & beautiful yoga practice dedicated to recognising the abundance & magic of now, honouring our bodies & connection to nature.

Moving fluidly & intuitively, Jess will lovingly guide participants through a gentle & grounding yoga flow to slow down, softly balance & connect with ourselves, each other & all the magic of the natural world that surrounds us.
