Learn how you can connect to the ocean through your breath, exploring gentle breath holding from a place of relaxation, through a guided meditation and oceanic visualisation with Rachel; a marine biologist, freediving instructor and long time lover of the ocean. 

In this workshop you will discover that your body is physiologically adapted to being underwater, explore the unique sensations of suspending your breath whilst connecting to the source of all life; drawing on freediving, physiology and breathwork teachings. Everybody is welcome, no experience in breathwork required!
