Conscious Connected Breathwork with Ali Gilling
FRIDAY | 12:30 – 14:00 | SOUL | £25
SATURDAY | 12:00 – 13:30 | BODY | £25
Conscious connected Breathwork is a powerful breathing technique that has the possibility of bringing about profound healing by opening up the mind and body. It can help to relieve physical and emotional tension, as well as reduce anxiety, boost your immune system, support better quality sleep and deeper lung capacity
It can help to release past trauma and blocked emotions held in the body and allow us to access higher states of consciousness, switching off the default mode of thinking and repetitive patterns that go on in the brain.
Conscious connected Breathwork is an open mouth, continuous breathing practice, with an active inhale and a passive exhale
Some benefits include:
🌟Heal and resolve trauma, gain deeper insights into current life issues
🌟Relief from stress and anxiety through body/breath awareness
🌟Freedom from limiting beliefs and behaviours
🌟Reflections and profound insights, creativity and greater knowing- opening the way for greater consciousness
* It is recommended not to eat about 2 hours
* Bring a bottle of water
* Bring a journal or notepad and pen, you may want to make notes of any insights
* A blanket or shawl as your body temperature can change
