Embodying Compassion – yoga with Emily Roberti

Emily has been studying yoga and the work of physical and spiritual nurture for the last 15 years. Her intention is to help people cultivate deep inner listening and anchored presence for transformation and healing to occur. 

During this session, Emily will be creating a safe-held space for you to tune in, befriend and connect to your body and heart, and be accepting of where you’re at with tenderness and patience. We’ll be exploring different self-compassion practices which will be weaved into some breath-led movement, pranayama and meditation. Life isn’t always a smooth ride so it’s essential to have some tools under your belt to embrace the mess with kindness, understanding and warmth. This session is open to all!
