Hula Hooping is a wonderful way to self-soothe and quiet the mind. I invite you to come and play with some simple movements that will encourage you to tune into flow. We will not be waist hooping – expect to use mostly your hands, wrists and arms to create rhythm, balance and movement to music. No hoop experience is necessary! But, for those of you who have your own hoops do please come, I’m sure I can rustle up some trickier variations to suit any level.
