Middle Earth Medicine – conscious dance and journey circle with Ayla Willow

In this workshop I will share the Wheel of archetypes at the core of this work called ‘the Wheel of Soul’s Return’. We will move / dance and journey with the rattle and / or drum as a way to explore these archetypes lightly ~ offering a chance for participants to integrate and explore whatever comes up in the process. There will also be opportunities for sharing / enquiry and connection in pairs of small groups.
