Tree Planting

Tree Planting Ceremony with Richard Tenant-Eyles of the Woodland Trust

FRIDAY | 10:30 – 11:00 | MBS

This year to celebrate our oneness with nature and to remind ourselves that the natural world sometimes needs a helping hand we are going to have a tree planting ceremony. And what better tree to plant than a native oak! A true symbol of strength, robustness and resistance in a changing world. It’s also a moment to reflect and think about why we need to plant trees and take better care of our wild places.

Later in the year the Noisily team are planning to work with the Woodland Trust to organise an on-site tree planting day in order to offset the carbon footprint of the event and raise climate awareness. There will be a sign up sheet for volunteers in MBS – so please leave your details and we’ll be in contact.
