What’s happening with the Deposit Scheme?

I hold a 2020 ticket, what happens now?

Your ticket is now valid for the 2021 event and you can retrieve it in your TicketSellers account.

I donated to the GoFundMe campaign, when do I get my rewards?

Firstly THANK YOU, you literally saved all our bacon, we can’t wait to give you a hug on the dance floor next July.

Many rewards will be retrieved during the 2021 event, but we’re working on the overall logistics, and will post an update on this by the end of September latest. Please keep your eyes out. 

I put a deposit down on a volunteer ticket, what do I do?

If you want to roll this over, just hold tight, we’ll be back in touch early 2021 with more details on volunteering. If you need a refund, please email us with your order number and we’ll get our ticket company to refund ASAP. 

I asked for a refund, what do I need to know?

These should have been processed by now, and this will not prevent you from purchasing a Noisily 2021 ticket. If you don’t see the money in your account please email TheTicketSellers at noisily@theticketsellers.co.uk


Will the ambassador and deposit schemes be running this year?


Yes, please keep an eye on socials – we will be launching these late August / early September.

I purchased a ticket on the Ambassador scheme or as an ambassador, what do I need to know?

These tickets will be rolled over and count to your ambassador name.

What’s happening with MBS?

Applications will re-open on 1st October. All previous applications stand, but we will be re-assessing everything. We will contact previous applicants by the end of the year.

What happens with Traders & other content?

The relevant managers will be back in touch later in the year, please look out for the various announcements as always. Previous applications will be valid If you wish but managers will review these on a case by case basis.

Are you accepting DJ/Musician applications?

Unfortunately we are not accepting any applications to perform at Noisily Festival.

Will the same artists be playing next year?

Many will, but we will be doing a review of all content. Hang tight and keep an eye out for announcements.

Will our car parking passes carry over until next year? 

Yes, these will roll over.

Will locals or accessibility tickets be available this year?

Yes, locals and accessibility tickets will be available later in the year.

How do I buy a limited edition Noisily 2020 tee?
