MBS Mondays – Week 1

‘Craftyness in Life’ with Richard Bates

We are so excited to be welcoming Richard into the Mind Body Soul family this year.

He runs green Greenwood Creations – a woodworking enterprise rooted in local, sustainably sourced green wood, using traditional methods by hand to produce a beautiful range of handcrafted & unique wooden items, from chairs to wooden frames. His approach & ethos lie  in working with the land, using only what is readily available, to carve a low impact & earth-connected lifestyle.

He will be offering ‘Craftyness in Life’ workshops sharing & celebrating these ancient & respectful practices. Join him to explore & expand your inner craft, from spoons to stools, learning practical life skills & tools to enjoy the simple love & connection of working with nature, rather than against her.

We Are Nature

This year at Noisily the mind body soul program will explore the interconnectedness of all things with our theme: We Are Nature.

Ahead of the of the beginning of the release of our program at the beginning of next year, we asked our designer Pat Demarcq to visually interpret the theme, representing as many of the aspects of our varied healing program as we could.

See if you can name all of the different elements represented here and be in with a chance of winning £50 credit in the healing area. We’ll choose one winner from the successful entrants.

And don’t forget, if you want to be a part of the healing area, applications close on the 7th of January!
