Traders Applications Are Now Open

We are pleased to announce Non-Food Trader Applications for 2018 are NOW OPEN!

Traders are an important and integral part of Noisily. Over the years we have had the pleasure of working with a variety of talented creators, artists and craftspeople, who have traded their wares at the festival.

At Noisily we try to create the most profitable environment possible for traders at the event by:

  • Making sure our pitch fees allow scope for both the festival and trader to make a reasonable profit.
  • Limit the number of traders so we don’t dilute the market and make it harder to turn a profit.
  • Keep our traders in the optimum position to ensure high footfall and sales.
  • Ensuring no two traders are selling the same or similar products in close proximity to each other.

We are looking for anything and everything you can dream up. Whether it be ethically sourced African Jewellery, biodegradable glitter (essential), stunning garments, trinkets from your travels in the far East or a slick pair of shades to combat the summer sunshine, we want you to apply to Noisily.

There are a few areas of the festival where non-food traders may operate. The Main Arena has typical space for pitches along the centre of the arena, small “fly pitches” dotted around the Site and an Emporium Tent. The Mind Body Soul area and the walkway connecting the arena  and MBS also has spaces allocated for  traders.

Cursory trading times in Mind Body Soul are from midday on Thursday 5th till midnight. 9:30am Friday 6th to midnight. 9:30am Saturday 7th to midnight, and 9:30am Sunday 8th to midnight. The campsite side of Mind Body Soul has public access 24 hours a day and is situated in the main campsite.

The exact trading times for Mind Body Soul will be finalised nearer the date, depending on the type of applications we receive. With the campsite side of Mind Body Soul being open 24hrs a day there is scope for a variation of stalls. We expect trading times to be from around 9:30 each day when everyone wakes up until everyone has gone to bed after the arena closes at 4am on Friday and Saturday, and at 11pm on Sunday. However footfall drops considerably around midnight each day as people make their way into the festival for the late night dancing hours. As a result after midnight whether you stay open is up to your discretion based on how many sales you are making.

The Main Arena is open from Friday at midday to 4am Saturday, Saturday at 11am until 4am Sunday, and Sunday at 11am until 11pm.

The Emporium will be open from 11am on Friday 6th to 1am on Saturday 7th, from 11am on Saturday 7th till 1am on Sunday 8th, and from 11am till 11pm on Sunday 8th July.

Fly Pitches can operate more flexibly but we expect you to be open for several hours each day, this can be split into small slots if you’d prefer.

All non-food traders bringing their own stall will need to arrive on Tuesday 2nd July.

Those traders operating  in the Main Site will need to be set up by midday on Thursday 5th July and those trading in the Mind Body Soul area will need to be set up and ready to trade by 3pm on Wednesday 4th.

Emporium Traders will need to arrive to site by 8pm on Wednesday the 5th July and be ready to set up and stock your stall in the Emporium by midday on Thursday, 5th July.

Trader inspections take place on Wednesday at 4pm in the Mind Body Soul area, and in the Main Site at 2pm on Thursday 5th July..

Traders in both areas will then be required to remain static until 2pm on Monday 9th July at the earliest.  If you had a fly pitch and camp in the public campsite you can leave when the public do.

Applications close on February 28th and once we have received all the applications please allow four weeks for us to review them before getting back to you. Although we hope it may be sooner!

We look forward to hearing from you, then seeing what you’ve got to offer in July 2018. Good luck and have a splendid time wherever you may be, spread the love, share the vibe, and make happiness priority number 1!
