Our body has two survival priorities: to breath and to move. Time, life, fun, injury, all impact our body’s ability to go about meeting these needs. Despite this our marvellous bodies begin a sequence of compensations so that we can still function. I’ll show you a simple 6 minute routine you can do in bed, to wake up your primary breathing and movement muscles. As the physical body is plonked back into its centre again; our CNS can relax, overwhelm recedes and we are better able to cope with what Life is throwing at us. You’ll have more energy and strength too.
