Come and experience a therapeutic approach to connecting and building relationships with the multiple ‘parts’ or sub-personalities within you and others you are in relationship with. This profound method of inner enquiry acknowledges and works with patterns and programs from this lifetime, as well as cultural and transgenerational burdens, and unseen support from guides and ancestors. We will be journeying using the drum to meet a part of you; using our bodies and voice to connect; sharing and witnessing each other in circle; and ending with a beautiful ritual to honour all of our parts.
