Using a variety of instruments including gongs, crystal and metal singing bowls, shamanic drums, chimes, voice and many more percussion instruments; Ruth takes participants on a journey of sound. This often creates deep relaxation as the brainwaves slow creating a meditative state. Often this enables people to journey, perhaps having visions, downloads, moments of clarity or creative thoughts, a release of energy such as emotion, pain or other blockages. The intention is to allow the vibrations to enter the participants and help bring them into a more aligned state so they leave feeling balanced.
