A 1.5 hour workshop of relaxing and recharging yin yoga focused around the anahata heart chakra and incorporating slow, low-oxygen breathing for deep soul restoration. This practice will incorporate slow movement and breathing techniques, and loving kindness meditation for a full body blissful experience to restore your body, mind and soul after a night dancing in the forest. 

Suitable for all bodies and abilities.
